There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase of:

1. The AI Creative Course Bundle

2. 100+ Winning Canva Ad Templates

Any other items purchased are strictly non-refundable.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The AI Creative Course Bundle at a minimum of 72 hours and have implemented the training, along with being able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of The AI Creative Course Bundle from Checkmate Digital.

2. Completion of the full AI Creative Course Bundle (verifiable by Checkmate).

3. Evidence that you have implemented all the softwares, trainings, tools and recommendations in The AI Creative Course Bundle. Evidence must include: verifiable attempt at using the softwares mentioned in The AI Creative Course Bundle. Genuine attempt at implementing the information, with evidence of pieces of work.

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing The AI Creative Course Bundle. For example, if you purchased The Course Bundle on 1 March 2024, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. Checkmate Digital reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Checkmate Digital has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Checkmate Digital reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Checkmate Digital to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Checkmate Digital has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Checkmate Digital will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
